Yes! I offer both group and individual meditation sessions. A guide walking you through meditation helps you stay present and grounded, offering gentle support when your mind drifts. With their direction, you can fully surrender into the practice, allowing deeper relaxation, clarity, and a stronger connection to your true self

I’m an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming coach. My practice is inclusive and affirming for everyone, I welcome you to share as much or as little as you want with me in order to help you feel comfortable joining the safe space I have created.
